📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes and data solutions • Create automated SQL reporting, Power Automate workflows, Microsoft Fabric Dataflows, and API ingestion through Fabric Notebooks • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into clean, reliable structures • Transition manual Excel-based reporting into automated Power BI reports and dashboards • Integrate systems such as Paylocity, TCN, and ACE into unified, governed data models • Develop reusable semantic models for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics • Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, KPIs, and trends • Design and develop Power Apps and other applications to streamline business processes • Create and analyze Operations and call center activity reports, identifying trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities • Build and maintain SQL logic and query blocks for reporting and application layers • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, programmers, engineers, and department leaders • Propose process improvements, architecture changes, and data governance strategies • Ensure accuracy, completeness, security, and timeliness of data solutions, reports, and integrations • Provide regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting support for company initiatives and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Data Engineer, Data Solutions Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role involving hands-on report and pipeline automation • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and best practices, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading across multiple source systems • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows and Notebooks for API-based data ingestion • Strong experience building automation with Power Automate to replace manual, Excel-based processes • Minimum of 3 years of advanced Power BI experience, including semantic modeling, DAX, and building enterprise-scale interactive reports • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Power Apps or similar low-code applications to support business workflows • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of SQL reporting, including writing and optimizing queries, logic blocks, and reporting solutions • Proficient in JavaScript • Working knowledge of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools • Technical expertise in data models, database design, data integration, and ETL techniques • Experience integrating data from multiple disparate systems into unified models • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience with data governance principles and best practices is a plus
