📋 Description

• Supervise and provide technical direction to a team of Startup and Commissioning Teammates • Execute CSU activities related to projects • Ensure delivery of services on time, within performance budget, and according to quality expectations • Develop, review, and approve CSU execution plans • Utilize project controls for project cost, schedule, and quality • Support Project Managers in implementing client direction • Execute project responsibilities and delivery through Project Managers • Review projects with Project Managers and Project Controls to confirm CSU activities are on track • Ensure projects follow approved company procedures • Establish a safe work environment and communicate the company’s safety commitment • Plan and organize team work and communicate plans to teammates, leadership, and clients • Maintain project discipline, budget progress, schedule commitments, and quality standards • Delegate work according to teammates’ technical skills and experience and provide follow-up support • Monitor project performance, financials, and client expectations • Perform technical contractual activities on assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • College or advanced Technical coursework is highly preferred • Registration is not required • 10 or more years of relevant industrial experience in project management, automation/system integration engineering, or management as it relates to Commissioning and Startup (CSU) • Proven successful systems integration discipline management • Knowledge and competency within CSU • Demonstrated proficiency in complex CSU activities • Sound, ethical engineering and business judgment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology tools • Comprehensive understanding of all engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction processes • Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time • Selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
