📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical owner of customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio • Provide hands-on technical guidance and consulting from onboarding and implementation through adoption and value realization • Develop strategic account success plans and align with customer leadership • Maintain expertise in the Harness platform, AppSec modules, AI applications and security, DevOps, SecOps, cloud architectures, networks, and infrastructure • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities • Deliver actionable recommendations across technology, process, and people dimensions • Provide customer feedback to product management and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering • Conduct business reviews and customer check-ins; address concerns and issues • Identify at-risk accounts through churn and adoption analysis • Contribute to customer success processes, tools, resources, reference architectures, best-practice guides, and enablement content • Participate in Harness Community forums

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management within the software or technology industry • 5+ years of experience with multiple cloud, infrastructure, container, orchestration, CI/CD, DevOps, scripting, and application security solutions preferred • AWS experience is required; GCP and Azure are good to have • Kubernetes ecosystem expertise, including Kubernetes, Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Linux ecosystem experience • Experience with infrastructure provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2 • Programming/scripting experience and ability to write custom integrations or tailored customer solutions • Security engineering and architecture, application security, API security, AI security, development, DevOps, SecOps, or web security experience preferred • Ability to learn and work with emerging AI, DevOps, Cloud, and Security technologies • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
