📋 Description
• Manage full project lifecycle from design through implementation and go-live • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Coordinate engineering, controls, installation, and client teams • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively • Oversee commissioning and ensure successful system hand-off • Track KPIs and ensure contractual and operational commitments are met
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10+ years managing automation or capital equipment projects • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or industrial environments • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP preferred) • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
