📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and provide regular status reports to senior leadership and client executives • Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues • Manage project budgets, forecasting, financials, and burn rate • Lead and direct cross-functional teams across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models • Drive customer satisfaction and project success independently and collaboratively • Take full accountability for successful completion of assigned project work • Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight • Facilitate meetings, brainstorming, consensus-building, and engagement with executive-level sponsors • Participate in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and project documentation • Own risk identification and mitigation planning, including recommendations and impact assessments • Communicate budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders • Lead and mentor 2–4 delivery resources • Monitor progress, conduct follow-ups, provide feedback, and escalate issues appropriately • Seek professional growth and earn one technical certification per quarter as directed

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects • Technical background or relevant degree program preferred • Experience with Salesforce.com or Vlocity • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Travel requirements contingent on client needs, approximately 25% to 50% • Ability to articulate the benefits of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model • Deep knowledge of enterprise system implementation and configuration, including Salesforce, SFA, or ERP systems • Quick learner with strong creative problem-solving skills • Strong team player with leadership potential and interpersonal strengths • Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including RAID Logs and RACI Matrices • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification preferred • Willingness to travel with clients or project teams as needed
