📋 Description

• Process and resolve consumer disputes accurately within established organizational timelines • Review dispute information and supporting documentation for appropriate handling and resolution • Maintain accurate team and individual performance in alignment with established goals and expectations • Identify and escalate potential compliance concerns, errors, or issues affecting consumers or the organization • Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and quality • Demonstrate attention to detail and accountability for assigned work • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet department objectives and performance expectations • Create and remit standardized or ad hoc letters to consumers and authorized third parties regarding dispute-resolution status • Perform duties in compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB regulations, and other applicable laws • Work regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel) • Proficient 10-key skills • Typing speed of at least 60 wpm • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong written communication skills • Knowledge of existing credit and collection laws preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
