• Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, data processing addenda, confidentiality agreements and engagement letters. • Apply client-specific playbooks and structured frameworks to ensure alignment with agreed client positions. • Identify deviations from playbook positions and implement appropriate fallback language. • Review the work of junior team members and assist with professional development and ongoing training. • Manage workflow and document queue while meeting defined turnaround times and service levels. • Collaborate with colleagues across the global legal team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. • Work directly with internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence. • Contribute to wider business projects, including improving the legal team operating model. • Use proprietary AI tools to accelerate document review and enhance accuracy and consistency. • Maintain oversight of legal output and ensure deliverables meet client and internal quality standards. • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the AI platform. • Work within an AI-native legal delivery model combining legal expertise with technology.
• Admitted US attorney. • 3+ years post qualification experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating core commercial documents. • Interest in developing client management skills at pace, with a view to taking ownership of client relationships in due course. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality work. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global/remote team. • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for work product. • Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, deadline-driven environments. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a global team. • Professionalism and clear communication. • Interest in legal technology and innovation.
