📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Business Technology lead-to-cash programs from planning through launch and retrospective • Align cross-functional program teams on scope, sequencing, and milestones across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and CPQ • Coordinate delivery across GTM systems and integrations teams • Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and drive them to decisions with the right owners • Provide leadership with clear visibility into program health through concise written updates • Contribute to shared, AI-enabled program practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role • Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional GTM systems programs at high-growth B2B SaaS companies • Experience leading at least one quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, or billing systems program end to end • Working knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce and their integrations • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to distill complex programs into clear narratives for executive audiences • Sound judgment on process and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to right-size structure to the program • Familiarity with simple, AI-enabled ways of working
