📋 Description

• Lead development and ongoing maintenance of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook • Drive standardization across Operations Engineering through consistent processes, documentation, and execution models • Govern Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Engineering Change Management, site drawing and Sequence of Operations (SOO) control, and operating procedure quality • Partner with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable operational processes and programs • Identify and address process gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies • Establish and manage program-level metrics, reporting, and performance tracking • Coordinate engineering initiatives, maintain milestone visibility, support accountability, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree) • 8–10+ years in Data Center/Critical Infrastructure industry
