📋 Description

• Own post-sale customer programs for a small number of high-stakes enterprise accounts • Build and maintain documented program plans covering milestones, risks, dependencies, and ownership • Drive customer implementations from kickoff through production • Translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables with Product, Engineering, and FDEs • Manage parallel workstreams across multiple accounts • Partner with AEs on account health, customer sentiment, and commercial signals • Coordinate engineering, product, support, and FDE teams without direct authority • Own incident and escalation management end-to-end • Serve as the internal single point of accountability for assigned accounts • Own renewal outcomes and align account narratives with AEs • Surface expansion signals to AEs • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders • Conduct QBRs and executive business reviews • Help refine Ditto’s enterprise engagement playbook • Contribute structured customer intelligence to product and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations with direct customer-facing accountability • Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into specific, actionable engineering deliverables • Experience and comfort owning commercial renewals and retention outcomes without carrying a formal quota • Comfort operating in fast-moving, under-defined environments • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences • Experience coordinating across engineering, product, and support without direct authority • Background in technical program management, professional services, or implementation in a platform/infrastructure SaaS company preferred • Exposure to SDK- or API-based products preferred • Prior experience at or familiarity with companies like Palantir, Databricks, Confluent, MongoDB, Couchbase, or similar preferred • Experience managing incident escalations with engineering dependencies preferred • Located in Atlanta or Washington DC preferred • Ability to work in the United States; application asks whether work authorization or visa sponsorship is required
