📋 Description

• Own the execution and health of the product capability roadmap across air, land, and sea domains. • Partner with the VP of Product to build and shape a high-functioning product organization. • Maintain and execute the master capability roadmap in partnership with the VP of Product. • Establish and maintain product development standards. • Engage directly with customers and warfighters to capture operator needs. • Drive alignment across Engineering, Mission Operations, and Go-to-Market leadership. • Lead build/buy/partner decisions and evaluate emerging technologies. • Own portfolio-level OKRs and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience. • Proven experience leading and managing product or systems engineering teams. • Deep experience delivering complex technical integrations across hardware, software, and payload systems. • Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmaps for defense or dual-use autonomous systems. • Experience developing and managing requirements at both the capability and portfolio levels. • Experience with AI/ML tools and concepts, product design, and testing methodologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, customers, and executive leadership. • Experience working with external suppliers and strategic partners.
