📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction of the Hosting Product Group including vision and strategy for cloud products, compute & storage, and mainframe. • Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform architectural decisions and drive delivery acceleration. • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. • Engage in strategic vendor management and forecast ongoing total cost of ownership for the products.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, and backlog ownership for digital products. • A minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching and leading global teams. • Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in a product delivery environment. • Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar. • Proven ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, using insights, metrics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
