📋 Description

• Own the impactful Foundations roadmap. • Collaborate closely with other product teams. • Directly drive the Vanta data platform strategy. • Guide the hard tradeoffs between feature development and platform stability. • Enable and evangelize for the data platform. • Work directly with customers to understand unique platform requirements. • Look ahead 12-18 months to build a platform that scales with Vanta. • Create and measure key metrics and results for platform investments. • Support an existing team of engineers and tech leads focused on the data platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 6+ years supporting platform teams, with a preference for data platforms or data products. • Come having built 0->1 platforms. • Balance independence and strong communication. • Have strong frameworks to build complex platforms with clear sequencing, goals, and progress tracking. • Be intensely curious and collaborative. • Be technically sharp with data platform topics. • Be outcome oriented. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work.
