📋 Description
• Generate and issue customer invoices • Monitor accounts receivable balances • Apply and reconcile customer payments • Follow up on overdue invoices and collections • Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities • Support preparation of working papers and other management information • Assist in the year-end audit • Support the Head of Cash Management, North America Cluster, within the Finance department
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or 3–5 years of professional experience • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Understanding of general financial accounting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
