📋 Description
• Tour universities, colleges, and hospitals to collect data and locate equipment • Interface with clients via meetings or telephone to discuss project scope and findings • Analyze data for project planning, execution, and closure • Work with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges • Learn basic principles of commercial building construction • Travel to client locations across the country 50%-70% of the time

• 100% committed to delivering the best experience to HCA clients • Think on your feet and thrive on learning new skills • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Enjoy solving problems and committed to improving internal and external processes • Effectively communicate with clients and team members • Comfortable working with and interpreting data • Willing to travel overnight to client locations across the country 50%-70% of the time • Expert user of Excel; Access is also helpful • Proficient in MS Word • Associate’s degree, especially in Finance, Accounting, or Business, from an accredited college or university, or similar work experience • Valid driver’s license and transportation • Bonus: experience with GASB, FASB, and Uniform Guidance compliance
