📋 Description

• Serve on implementation projects as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation • Manage day-to-day project tasks for successful client payroll transitions • Configure workflows to optimize system buildout • Create custom reports and showcase templated reports during client implementations or optimization projects • Deliver custom system training to drive technology adoption • Analyze current client processes and identify software opportunities that deliver value and functionality • Partner with clients to identify and prioritize needs • Coordinate with platform vendors to obtain answers and design optimization solutions • Collaborate with leaders, project managers, and consultants to ensure successful client partnerships • Participate in pre-sales scoping analysis to determine project needs and projected hours • Engage in cross-training across Payroll, Benefits, HR, Custom Reporting, Integrations, and Data • Assist with detailed project plan inputs for technical configurations and integrations • Create and execute test scripts and audits during SIT, UAT, Parallel, and Go-live phases • Liaise among clients, platform vendors, and HCM Unlocked data resources to capture and validate data requirements • Provide oversight and input for inbound and outbound vendor integrations during design and testing • Review client technical architecture and recommend optimizations to eliminate end-to-end data-flow errors • Provide formal signoff of technical configuration work at critical validation stage gates • Maintain the Open Issues log with the Project Manager and resolve technical configuration and integration issues • Provide proof of testing and validation • Use Microsoft Excel and data validation tools to research issues and confirm customer database accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a high-volume, client-facing, implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization • Expert knowledge of multiple Paylocity modules, including system implementation, custom reporting functionality, and payroll processing • At least 3 years experience in a client-facing implementation role • Prior experience owning and leading a project • Experience configuring Time & Attendance systems • Understanding of labor allocation requirements and integration with various time capture systems to payroll • High School Diploma required • Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files • Ability to utilize QA processes that capture before-and-after outcomes and satisfy governance and audit requirements • Ability to create client-specific test scripts ensuring validation of client data and technical configurations • Understanding of PII data and governance requirements; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information • Understanding of HR-related situations including new hires, life events, terminations, and open enrollments • Ability to partner with Benefits teams on plan builds, testing, open enrollment launches, and eligibility maintenance within HRIS/online enrollment platforms • Ability to build, test, and deploy EDI file feeds between insurance carriers and HRIS systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines; demonstrated organizational and time management skills • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills; ability to remain calm during customer escalations • Familiarity with, or ability to rapidly learn, teach, and instruct on various HRIS software platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail • Paycor experience is given priority
