📋 Description

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth • Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate • Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions while respecting each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment goals • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice • Collaborate with other providers and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care • Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development opportunities as appropriate • Serve children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and/or families based on licensure, experience, specialization, and preference • Address behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationship challenges, marriage and couples counseling, parenting concerns, life transitions, spiritual growth and identity, men's issues, women's issues, self-esteem, and faith and life integration

🎯 Requirements

• Possess one active, unrestricted license in the state of practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or other independently licensed behavioral health professional • Be in good standing with their licensing board • Possess malpractice insurance (or obtain prior to beginning services) • Be eligible to provide telehealth services • Strong Christian faith and desire to serve clients seeking faith-integrated counseling • Comfortable incorporating Biblical principles into therapy when requested by clients and clinically appropriate • Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills • Clinical experience, specialization, and licensure appropriate to selected client populations and areas of focus
