📋 Description
• Provide clinical expertise while the company manages operational support • Build a full clinical caseload through consistent referrals within the first 30–90 days • Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Develop personalized treatment plans • Provide medication management services for clients as appropriate • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements • Contribute to the development of unique counseling offerings based on expertise and interests
🎯 Requirements
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field • Current state licensure • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience • Telehealth experience preferred • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions • Minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week • Consistent weekly availability • Evening and weekend availability is a plus but not required
