📋 Description

• Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate medication management plans for clients • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting dosages and treatment plans as necessary • Collaborate with licensed therapists and counselors to ensure integrated and comprehensive care • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding medication adherence, potential side effects, and therapeutic interventions • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements • Exercise autonomy over clinical decisions and determine effective, clinically appropriate approaches for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in psychiatric-mental health • Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and national certification • Minimum of 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health • Experience with telehealth platforms and technology for virtual patient consultations • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Independent collaborative physician arrangement that allows autonomous practice
