📋 Description

• Create reports, insights, and analytics supporting the division • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs • Provide consultation to users and work on cross-functional teams addressing divisional issues • Produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools • Research and assist with data analysis related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs • Interface between business and divisional data teams to generate actionable analysis and reporting tools • Build customer relationships and develop a deeper understanding of divisional data • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data • Provide insights to decision-makers • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field • Highly proficient at querying internal and external data sources • Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python • Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • Strong business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to execution • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening • Preferred: experience with project management methodologies • Preferred: healthcare industry experience, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology • Preferred: experience with GitHub or similar version control/collaborative tools • Preferred: experience with data visualization software
