• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center • Minimum 3 – 5 years customer service experience in a call center • Minimum 3 years healthcare/health insurance, claims processing or provider billing experience • Demonstrated experience with managing client advocacy cases • Demonstrated Health Care Reform Knowledge/experience and Medicare/Medicaid benefit knowledge • Strong organizational skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
