📋 Description

• Participate in strategy and business-unit discussions to understand and capture high-level business needs • Assist innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise • Develop user stories and user acceptance criteria for Epics to support data-component planning for projects and programs • Lead gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business and technical requirements for new solutions • Work with Application, Solutions, or Data Architects to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications • Identify healthcare, innovation, and technology trends and analyze implications for valuable data-product curation • Validate business and technical requirements during project delivery and User Acceptance Testing • Represent business and stakeholder interests and drive needs through implementation • Understand business processes and support functions for the assigned business group • Support Data Engineers in serving business customers as needed • Perform data profiling to understand data and structures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Studies, or related field and 7 years of Data & Analytics experience, OR technical certification and/or college courses in a related field and 11 years of Data & Analytics experience • Experience in Healthcare IT/Data • Strong experience with database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, and Azure • Experience with job schedulers such as Zena and Control-M • Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, or similar written languages • Experience in database configuration and database modeling concepts • Strong experience in Source to Target data mapping • Experience in requirements definition and technical interpretation • Knowledge of SDLC methodology, including Agile, Scrum, and Iterative Development • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Strong oral/written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong collaborative product mindset
