📋 Description

• Handle 24x7 operations infrastructure support services for non-production and production environments • Use analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions • Resolve incidents and issues escalated by vendors • Transition knowledge from design/build teams • Manage operational vendor performance • Support infrastructure service delivery across relevant technology domains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 2 years in Information Technology, OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 years Information Technology experience, OR 6 years Information Technology experience • Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework • Knowledge of ITSM systems • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including monitoring and event management technologies • Experience with network data and voice technologies • Experience deploying and maintaining complex network architecture • Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN solutions, and wireless networking • Supplier management • Infrastructure domain knowledge • Continuous improvement • Incident management • Knowledge of required technologies, including third-party solutions • Problem management and root-cause analysis • Customer-service orientation • Adaptability and ability to introduce/manage change • Ability to manage conflict in high-pressure situations • Performance/metrics-driven decision-making • Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT • Preferred: Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent career experience • Preferred: Oral/written communication skills • Preferred: Experience with Compute, DBMS, Storage, Middleware, Server, OS, Virtualization, and Container technologies • Preferred: Experience with Cisco Catalyst switching and routing hardware and software • Preferred: Experience with SD-WAN technologies • Preferred: Experience with Cisco ACI • Preferred: Experience with Cisco Wireless solutions • Preferred: Experience with remote-access solutions • Preferred: Experience managing and operating Domain Name Services • Preferred: Familiarity with Managed Service Providers overseeing day-to-day operations • Preferred: Familiarity with monitoring tools and read-and-react scripts • Preferred: Familiarity with firewall technologies • Preferred: Familiarity with proxy technologies
