📋 Description

• Lead execution of labor relations initiatives and workforce matters • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in CBA administration and grievance resolution • Provide technical leadership and execution support across the Labor Relations function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business • 7 years of experience in Labor or Workforce/Employee Relations or 11 years of experience in related roles • Knowledge of employee/management relations and employment laws including NLRA and NLRB • Extensive experience with Labor Relations principles, collective bargaining process (negotiations, contract administration, arbitrations) • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws • Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority • Grievance and arbitration experience in a unionized environment
