📋 Description

• Leverage Tableau skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders for the IL Commercial HMO and Marketplace • Oversee NCQA analytical support • Provide consultancy to internal and external customers • Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders • Query and review data from internal and external sources using Excel, SQL, Python, and R • Use Tableau and Power BI to create data-driven stories displaying outcomes and opportunities • Lead analytic initiatives from inception through customer or partner execution • Deliver high-quality analytical outputs to senior leadership within short timelines • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring initiatives to life

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, insurance industry economics, or related field; OR Master's degree and 4 years; OR PhD and 2 years; OR 10 years of relevant experience • Highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and similar computer languages • Ability to create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • High degree of business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution • Experience leading an analytic initiative to success • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output to senior leadership within short timelines • Expert-level Tableau user able to develop dashboards from scratch • Experience with project management methodologies • Healthcare industry experience, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology • Experience with version control or collaborative tools such as GitHub • Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx • Must be available to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
