📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Value-Based Care leadership • Develop executive reporting, actionable insights, and advanced analytical solutions • Transform complex healthcare and business data into meaningful information for operational, financial, and strategic decision-making • Collaborate with business leaders, clinical stakeholders, finance teams, and cross-functional partners • Identify reporting needs and define analytical requirements • Design and maintain executive dashboards • Develop data models and datasets • Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses • Identify trends and opportunities • Present findings to leadership audiences • Deliver scalable reporting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in those fields OR PhD with 2 years of experience in those fields OR 10 years of experience in those fields • Proficiency querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar computer languages • Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • Business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution • Experience leading an analytic initiative to success • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output to senior leadership within short timelines • Experience with project management methodologies preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Experience with GitHub or similar version-control/collaborative tools preferred • Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools preferred
