📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, workflows, and business requirements • Analyze current-state processes and recommend best-practice solutions • Translate business requirements into functional system and operational designs • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings • Document requirements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations • Support configuration validation, testing, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities • Partner with clients to drive organizational readiness and user adoption • Work closely with Product Management, Professional Services, Client Success, Training, and Technical teams • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Share best practices and mentor team members where appropriate • Drive client satisfaction, on-time project delivery, solution quality, user adoption, implementation success, and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, consulting, business analysis, or software implementation • Strong understanding of mortgage origination, lending operations, or loan lifecycle processes • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), including Empower or similar mortgage platforms (preferred) • Experience leading system implementation or business transformation projects (preferred) • Knowledge of mortgage compliance, investor requirements, and operational workflows (preferred) • PMP, CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications (preferred)
