📋 Description

• Serve as Lead Solution Architect for strategic programs and initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Solution organizations on enterprise pursuit and solution strategies • Conduct discovery, assessment, and solution development workshops • Develop and document solutions meeting clients’ technical and business requirements • Present technical solutions and business cases to varied audiences • Gain executive buy-in through executive- and expert-level technology discussions • Work with finance and pricing teams on pricing and multi-year financial models • Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultation and recommendations • Partner with Product Management on product enhancements and technology roadmap changes • Drive stability and innovation across clients’ current and future states • Promote higher-value services and solutions aligned with Ensono offerings • Lead complex projects from an architecture perspective with PMO and Solution organizations • Create solution and migration plans, program frameworks, project plans, and cut-over runbooks • Lead architecture activities through testing, cut-over, post-cut-over troubleshooting, and operational hand-off • Travel frequently to Ensono locations and client sites, with approximately 30% of weeks involving travel

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, solution engineering, or technical leadership roles within managed services, cloud, infrastructure, hosting, or datacenter environments • Proven experience designing, positioning, and leading large-scale IT outsourcing, datacenter, hybrid cloud, and public cloud solutions for enterprise clients • Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pursuit Architect, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent client-facing technical leadership role supporting complex solution sales and business development activities • Deep technical expertise across compute, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, automation, DevOps, and IT governance • Strong knowledge of public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP • Ability to develop multi-year technology transformation and modernization roadmaps • Ability to lead client discovery sessions, assessments, architecture workshops, and solution design engagements • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including solution pricing, cost modeling, business case development, financial analysis, and contract negotiations • Thorough understanding of enterprise sales processes and complex pursuit lifecycles • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills • Ability to create solution documentation, architecture deliverables, executive presentations, technical proposals, and statements of work • Demonstrated success collaborating across sales, delivery, engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership organizations • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated executive presence, emotional intelligence, accountability, and sound judgment • US Citizen • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline (preferred) • Advanced degree, such as MBA or Master's degree (preferred) • Professional certifications from Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Cisco, TOGAF, ITIL, or comparable programs (preferred) • Experience leading infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, platform engineering, and operational transformation initiatives (preferred) • Experience within an MSP, CSP, systems integrator, GSI, or large consulting organization (preferred) • Experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Nutanix, and comparable technologies (preferred)
