📋 Description

• Create reports, insights, and analytics supporting the division • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs • Provide consultation to users and work on cross-functional teams to address divisional issues • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools • Research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs • Interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable analysis and reporting tools • Work closely with customers to build relationships and deepen understanding of divisional data • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources • Provide insights to decision-makers • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets • Build PowerPoint presentations from available data • Present findings to team members of all levels and partner divisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services • Solve complex problems with guidance • Produce datasets and reports using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools • Verify report accuracy and provide insights • Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages • Experience working with internal and external data • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with Quest systems highly preferred • Knowledge and/or experience of MCO (Managed Care Organization) highly preferred • Education and/or background in mathematics, economics, or statistics • Experience with network adequacy • Strong PowerPoint and full MS Suite knowledge • Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
