📋 Description

• Design enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions by integrating technical and business requirements • Serve as technical designer to identify optimal solutions and produce technical specifications within the code environment • Link business analyst needs and architect definitions to technical solutions • Lead and support high-profile Utilization Management and Care Management initiatives • Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions • Apply healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks such as FHIR and Da Vinci • Collaborate with external vendor partners and cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders • Support production operations and manage user incidents • Participate in technical bridge calls • Support scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience • Knowledge of application configuration • Knowledge of Big Data Analytics, including HAVeN, HADOOP, Autonomy, and Vertica • Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies • Knowledge of integration technologies, including Tibco, Informatica, and CAS • Knowledge of mobile technologies, including PhoneGap, iOS, Android, Java, and HTML5 • Knowledge of scripting languages, including BASH, Perl, Python, and Ruby • Service-Oriented Architecture, including SOAP and REST • Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, PHP, Ruby, and C# • Rapid prototyping • Requirements definition and management • SDLC methodology, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative development • System performance management • Conceptual thinking • Creative thinking • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Strong oral and written communication skills • Sponsorship is not available, including for candidates currently on OPT • Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
