📋 Description

• Support PRS customers in the assigned region through high-touch remote service and proactive onsite engagement where needed • Resolve customer inquiries related to ordering, pricing, billing, and product education • Facilitate urgent order fulfillment, product returns, and account setup • Provide guidance on product selection, sizing, and on-label usage • Escalate customer issues and advocate for resolutions through internal channels • Lead implementation of the new eCommerce platform, customer onboarding, and online ordering adoption • Distribute product literature, collateral, and educational materials • Support regional trade show engagement, lead capture, follow-up, and post-event conversion • Communicate product updates, inventory changes, and ordering efficiencies with Marketing teams • Collaborate with Area Business Managers to prioritize sales activities and customer engagement • Support product demonstrations, in-servicing, and office staff training • Qualify inbound and outbound leads • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline and document activities in Salesforce.com • Conduct live and virtual meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities • Maintain accurate account records and use CRM tools to track performance and insights • Support monthly regional cadencing and quarterly business reviews • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree desired • 2+ years of sales or medical device experience • Experience in high-touch customer service or premium account management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights • Willingness to relocate for future career advancement into field sales roles • Must meet credentialing and compliance requirements for hospital access • Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, including overnight stays
