📋 Description

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the install job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to review quality of work and ensure industry construction standards are followed • Conduct service provider badging checks • Meet with customers to ensure the install experience is consistent with The Home Depot standards • Initiate and maintain regular customer communication and timely follow-up • Resolve customer complaints, open questions, job changes, open services, Care Tickets, and jobs-on-hold • Make decisions to prevent cycle-time delays and resolve issues with service providers • Approve or escalate project changes before work proceeds • Manage all jobs in the assigned area and product category • Ensure job scope changes are documented and installations meet or exceed customer expectations • Ensure all open items are completed to the customer's satisfaction • Report to the District Installation Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Construction/home improvement industry experience • Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • 5 years of work experience • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills where strong value is placed on partnerships • Ability to travel overnight less than 10% of the time • Ability to perform intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Ability to work with regular exposure to dust, fumes or odors
