📋 Description

• Assess service capabilities and contractor performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities • Recruit and onboard contractors based on assessments • Serve as the primary communication and escalation point for contractors • Develop and maintain a contractor performance grading system • Review audits for compliance with HD Supply standards and educate contractors on quality standards and procedures • Connect contractors with the sales team and communicate service capabilities to sales representatives • Manage contractor inquiries about project specifications, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations • Use QuickBase to assess programming needs, maintain accurate data, and participate in platform integration strategy discussions • Approve contractors' licenses in QuickBase for permitted services • Review scopes of work for compliance with licensing laws • Provide backup licensing expertise during project success calls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field, or BS/BA in a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in contractor management • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA with generally 3-5 years of experience • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to contracting and service provision • Must obtain state contractor certifications for organizational use • Certification is required in some areas • Experience with contractor recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, and compliance auditing • Experience using QuickBase and maintaining accurate data • Knowledge of licensing laws and contractor license approval processes • Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time • Ability to identify barriers, troubleshoot complex problems, make decisions under uncertainty, and independently develop solutions
