📋 Description

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of Hospitality accounts and MRO sales • Travel daily within the territory to visit customers • Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding current-customer opportunities • Develop and maintain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers • Manage sales volume with existing customers while acquiring new customers • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area • Share market insights and competitor information across the organization • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs • Attend monthly business meetings, local trade shows, and regional or national activities as needed • Analyze complex research/data and resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information • May provide guidance or training to junior support or professional personnel • Travel overnight less than 10% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, specifically within or near the Pittsburgh territory • Direct sales to Hospitality customers preferred • 3 or more years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred • Passion for customer service • Organizational skills and tech-savvy • CRM experience, Salesforce or other • Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines • Experience with consultative selling/solution selling • Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business • Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas • Bilingual is a plus • Must operate a personal vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline; alternatively, MS/MA with related experience • Generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field with BS/BA, or 2–4 years with MS/MA • Certification is required in some areas
