📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning teams and pods • Serve as a thought partner to Product, Data, and Operations leaders • Help shape objectives, influence priorities, and translate complex insights into actionable plans • Own critical operational workflows • Design scalable systems • Mentor team members • Drive initiatives creating durable, measurable organizational impact • Design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives within Business Operations • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes • Assess and analyze data to develop strategies for accelerating progress • Proactively identify areas for improvement • Deliver on roadmap priorities and team OKRs • Build and manage a growing team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies • Some background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required • Skilled at digging through complex data to solve ambiguous problems • Ability to thrive in unknown or unfamiliar challenges and drive toward outcomes • Operational excellence and ability to manage a large volume of moving pieces • Ability to proactively partner across teams while holding teams accountable for business results • Interest in an environment fostering individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy • Motivation to impact affordable mental healthcare • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is required
