📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of quality professionals • Foster a high-engagement, customer-focused, and collaborative environment • Provide targeted training on quality activities, best practices, and lessons learned • Set quality objectives aligned with project milestones and regulatory standards • Oversee the end-to-end supplier quality lifecycle, from qualification and procurement quality control to final surveillance • Direct supplier engagement to define quality requirements, verify inspection processes, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications • Implement and monitor supplier quality metrics • Report KPIs to internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership • Lead analysis of complex quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence • Manage development and technical review of quality documents, project plans, and procedures • Direct supplier quality surveillance, including on-site audits and inspections, with up to 50% travel • Govern disposition of supplier non-conforming products • Serve as quality interface throughout the BWRX-300 project lifecycle • Oversee execution of the GE Vernova Quality Assurance Program for the BWRX-300 project

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a quality or nuclear-related field • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams • Deep understanding of 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and Canada CSA N286-12 standards • Working knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Sections III, IX, and XI • Working knowledge of ISO-9001 • Strong background in Nuclear Industry technologies, such as SMRs • Experience in NDE processes and welding-related issue resolution • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and RCA methodologies • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
