📋 Description

• Own RenovoLive as the single business subject matter expert for the Life Sciences business • Specify and validate system changes and sign off before changes reach a site • Manage the client master data change source and extraction position for each system of record • Lead system onboarding for new sites, including extraction enablement and migration • Own systems training and ensure coordinators and engineers are qualified before independent platform work • Manage the platform roadmap conversation with the product team • Own the asset and work order data model and apply a single record standard across systems and regions • Reconcile systems of record and resolve conflicts to a single reporting truth • Measure data quality and asset accuracy at the point of work • Manage asset records from arrival through disposal • Run periodic physical-asset reconciliations and close identified gaps • Own program reporting and compute contractual KPIs from one dataset without manual adjustment • Provide data for program forecasts and cost-per-asset analysis • Support audits and entitlement reviews with accurate, traceable data • Build and document reporting models for independent operation by others • Lead Master Data Analysts as a global function • Build coverage depth across systems and site datasets • Coach site teams on record accuracy and address recurring error patterns at source • Verify analyst training and qualification before independent system work • Escort and host OEM and third-party engineers when assignments require it • Maintain safe working environments and complete safety and compliance training

🎯 Requirements

• Seven years or more in business systems, master data or asset data management • Deep hands-on experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) • Expertise on a service management platform, with experience specifying change and validating it before release • Experience owning a data standard across more than one system of record • Experience with asset lifecycle data from intake through disposal • Experience leading analysts or a small functional team • Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or research environment strongly preferred • Experience with data migration or system onboarding preferred • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, business or information systems discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered • Training in laboratory safety, GxP and data integrity provided or required • Ability to complete required safety and compliance training on time • Ability to maintain a safe working environment on client sites • Ability to follow customer site safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, and laboratory or facility-specific procedures • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when on site • Ability to travel approximately 15 to 25 percent
