📋 Description

• Manage the Process Solutions business team • Achieve annual financial metrics including revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, customer satisfaction index targets, and other business objectives • Lead development and execution of the business strategy • Lead direct engineers and project managers and influence indirect resources including the Global Engineering Center, Lifecycle Services capabilities, applications consultants, proposal engineers, and project administrative personnel • Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing, North America Lifecycle Services Commercial Teams, Regional Services & Solutions Directors, and other partners • Influence shared resources through the Global Engineering Center to execute work • Support development of the strategic plan for the North America Process Business • Review project performance for all process solutions • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams • Identify process delivery development needs and develop goals and direction, including training plans, human resource reviews, and succession plans • Be accountable for all aspects of process delivery team performance • Manage the North America process delivery business budgets • Manage costs, revenues, and profitability financial forecasts for North America Process Solutions • Report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experince • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Ability to travel 50% of the time • BS in Engineering discipline; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable • 8+ years of experience managing and delivering solutions in process industries, including Chemical, Consumer and Personal Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Mining and Cement • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering management, business management, or management related to control, information and automation systems • Evidence of ability to develop and implement a successful business growth strategy • Proven ability to manage human resources and effectively plan headcount
