📋 Description

• Architect the operational spine for the Patient Group • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM leads to shape strategy • Translate vision into roadmaps and execution plans • Build frameworks for sizing opportunities and guiding strategic tradeoffs • Facilitate high-stakes tradeoff discussions • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and shape roadmaps • Drive execution against high-impact opportunities • Connect cross-functional stakeholders and align dependencies • Ensure work is tied to measurable impact • Lead and mentor a lean Business Operations team • Scale patient acquisition • Oversee operational strategy for the core experience, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations in growth-focused roles • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams • Strategic operator able to move between long-term strategy and granular models and metrics • Deep product and data intuition • Ability to define product strategy and performance metrics • Experience leading high-stakes, cross-functional processes • Ability to align senior stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines • Ability to synthesize messy inputs into clear, compelling narratives • Ability to inform decisions around resourcing, strategy, and organizational design • Ability to identify cross-functional dependencies and unblock projects • Commitment to meaningful impact for providers, patients, and Headway’s mission • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
