📋 Description

• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in process improvement methodologies • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to business leaders and stakeholders • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance, customer outcomes, quality, and efficiency • Analyze organizational processes, performance metrics, operational data, and business challenges to identify enterprise-level improvement opportunities • Apply structured problem-solving methods to address complex business challenges and drive sustainable results • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analyses • Design and implement innovative process solutions balancing operational, technical, regulatory, and business requirements • Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps • Evaluate interdependencies across functions, systems, processes, and organizational structures • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks • Provide data-driven recommendations, business case support, and executive-ready insights • Lead adoption and maturation of continuous improvement practices across business units and functional areas • Guide project teams and stakeholders in applying process improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices • Contribute to organizational standards, methodologies, policies, and governance for process excellence and operational improvement • Mentor and coach process improvement practitioners and operational leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 8 or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or related disciplines • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required • Demonstrated experience successfully applying DMAIC methodology to process improvement initiatives • Experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives in large-scale operational environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills • Expertise in process mapping, customer journey mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, performance measurement, and future-state process design • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, statistical software, time study applications, and Power BI or other business intelligence tools • Preferred: extensive experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence practices • Preferred: experience leading readiness reviews and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders • Preferred: ability to connect process improvement work to strategic business goals, customer outcomes, and operational performance • Preferred: exceptional analytical, facilitation, communication, consulting, and presentation skills • Preferred: experience managing multiple initiatives and navigating ambiguity • Preferred: ability to influence senior leaders and guide organizational change without direct authority
