📋 Description

• Own patient segmentation and stratification infrastructure • Build systems classifying patients by clinical profile, behavioral signals, and known drivers of clinical outcomes • Build the cost of care measurement layer • Integrate internal and external cost data • Provide each patient and segment with a Headway cost basis and market comparison • Build payer-facing reporting and data interfaces • Translate internal infrastructure into payer-legible population summaries • Define the outcomes team's data strategy and architectural vision • Decide what to build, buy, or defer and set the execution order • Partner with data engineering, data science, and clinical strategy • Align engineering, clinical, and commercial stakeholders around a shared data vision • Build durable and auditable data infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning complex data infrastructure products end-to-end • Deep technical proficiency • Ability to write complex SQL • Experience engaging with statistical methods • Ability to work as a near-peer to data scientists • Experience having cost or outcome numbers challenged by a payer, regulator, or auditor • Experience setting product strategy in ambiguous domains • Ability to make decisions about what to build, buy, or defer • Experience aligning engineering, clinical, and commercial stakeholders around a shared data vision • Bonus: direct experience with claims data, episode cost modeling, or risk stratification • Bonus: transitioned into product management from a data science or analytics engineering background • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Headway participates in E-Verify
