📋 Description

• Review and answer service requests from internal and external customers accurately and on time • Enter and manage case data, keeping records complete and audit-ready • Build monthly reports, maintain logs, and produce flyers and data summaries • Create, manage, and pull invoices to confirm payment, revenue, and expenses • Organize project folders and files • Plan and carry out assignments to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround requirements • Maintain documentation and processes for URAC and NCQA external audits • Escalate department or employee concerns appropriately • Participate in routine meetings and keep shared task lists and project trackers current • Maintain HIPAA compliance, uphold confidentiality standards, and complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Prior experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing — or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working with claims, utilization management, care management, or revenue cycle data • Experience working with healthcare administrative data (claims, eligibility, benefits, billing, or authorizations) • Experience preparing reports, summaries, or dashboards for operational or leadership review • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe products • Experience with Airtable and Power BI • Accurate data entry skills (40 WPM) • Data analytics and analysis capability • Finance or bookkeeping knowledge, skills, and terminology • Knowledge of medical terminology • ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding a plus
