📋 Description

• Design and deliver a comprehensive strategic health and wellbeing plan • Build a culture of health, enhance engagement, and drive health behavior change through awareness and activation • Work alongside Personify Health account leadership and the client’s HR, benefits, and stakeholder teams • Advocate for Personify Health products and support the company mission and values • Define, design, develop, communicate, and execute health and wellbeing strategies • Develop and execute programs according to timelines and budgets • Monitor program measurements and participant feedback to drive continuous quality improvement • Serve as an integrated partner and the face of wellbeing to the client population • Guide members to appropriate resources and programs • Serve as a Personify Health platform expert, customize the platform experience, and deliver custom engagement initiatives • Deliver product demonstrations to drive enrollment and engagement • Partner with client leadership, stakeholders, internal groups, community partners, health plans, and vendors • Launch and lead a Wellness Champion Network • Lead health promotion programs including screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events • Lead data assessment and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and leadership • Define opportunities, track impact, and determine next steps • Adapt wellbeing programs to diverse and potentially global populations • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion or another health-related field such as public health, community health, nutrition, exercise physiology, etc. • 5+ years of experience in fields related to health and wellbeing • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, timelines, and cross-department collaboration • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly • Strong business acumen • Ability to operate successfully in a matrixed environment and manage relationships among multiple stakeholders and decision makers • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to create impactful and engaging content • Strong presentation skills for C-Suite leadership and diverse audiences, virtually and in person • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Master’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred • Public health-related certification preferred • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment preferred • Experience working with incentive programs preferred • Working knowledge of the Personify Health platform and systems/tools preferred • Health plan experience preferred • Approximately 10–15% travel may be required
