📋 Description

• Oversee FP&A for core Wellbeing functions and partner with Finance and Wellbeing leadership to improve operational efficiency • Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and launch performance improvement initiatives • Evaluate investments in tooling and staffing • Build financial models for RFPs, renewals, and client proposals • Provide financial oversight for large client implementations • Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and comprehensive pricing models for Wellbeing services • Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability • Partner with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications • Contribute to strategic initiative planning and decision-making as a Wellbeing Leadership Team member • Support operational capacity planning • Define and track Wellbeing KPIs, including member engagement, participation rates, product margin, retention, and renewal economics • Translate performance metrics into actionable leadership decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • MBA or CPA preferred • Progressive experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, pricing, and business partnering • Background in wellbeing, health, benefits, or healthcare SaaS and services businesses preferred • Advanced financial modeling, including pricing models and scenario analysis • Experience building models for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals • Expertise in unit cost analysis, margin management, and capacity planning • Knowledge of engagement, participation, retention, and renewal metrics in a platform and services model • Experience evaluating vendor contracts and outsourcing models
