📋 Description
• Manage all operations for a few processes/clients • Ensure team meets SLAs and KPIs • Identify process gaps and collaborate with clients to formulate solutions • Participate in building solutions for new opportunities • Guide and mentor junior associates • Lead projects with higher complexity levels
🎯 Requirements
• 10 to 12 years experience in operations, training, quality, MIS, or process excellence • Excellent spoken and written communication in English • Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office • Expertise in MS Excel • Experience in managing clients and stakeholders at high levels
