📋 Description

• Own and support integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance and other enterprise systems • Monitor integration health, resolve failures and improve reliability • Administer Claude Enterprise workspace and user provisioning, roles, permissions, usage, security configuration and SSO/identity integrations • Drive Claude adoption by building onboarding paths, usage guidelines and internal enablement • Configure and improve enterprise systems, business processes, condition rules and security • Automate repetitive work using business process automation, calculated fields, iPaaS tooling and Claude-powered workflows • Measure integration uptime, data quality, Claude adoption and usage, and process cycle time • Partner with business stakeholders to identify friction, translate findings into requirements and recommend changes • Design scalable solutions that account for upstream and downstream dependencies • Use AI tools, including Claude, for analysis, documentation, testing and solution design • Expand platform ownership, systems scope and stakeholder relationships as the company grows • Maintain documentation of system configuration, integration architecture, data flows and Claude governance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business systems, integrations or IT platform roles • Direct, hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise integrations, including APIs, EIB-style tooling, Core Connectors or similar • Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI platform, such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or ChatGPT Enterprise • Experience with access management, security configuration and governance • Strong knowledge of APIs, SFTP, middleware, SSO and enterprise data flows • Hands-on automation experience with business process logic, calculated fields or iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato or Boomi • Experience reducing manual work through automation • Enthusiasm for AI platforms and enterprise adoption, including technical configuration and change management • Experience translating business requirements into system configuration • Strong data fluency, including validating, interpreting and explaining data • Ability to work with ambiguity • Ability to translate technical complexity for business and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks such as HIPAA or HITRUST • AI-first approach and daily use or experimentation with AI tools • Remote, US geographic responsibility • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
