📋 Description

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow business rules and technical solutions • Develop existing and custom ServiceNow applications and integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, and other CI/CD platforms • Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow • Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Automate Change Request creation, validation, approval, and closure based on CI/CD deployment activities • Configure pipeline integrations for end-to-end build, deployment, release, and change traceability • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, clones, releases, testing, and production deployments • Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances • Design for and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment • Provide administrative ServiceNow support, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis • Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow platform and SDLC • Review requirements for sufficient detail and accurate estimation • Work with process managers to understand business functionality, pain points, and improvement areas • Manage and lead development work of vendors and consulting staff • Mentor and share technical knowledge with the Service Management team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design • ServiceNow System Admin Certification • Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite & capabilities • Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS • Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution • Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap • Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Knowledge • Ability to create reports using the standard reporting engine, plus metrics and SLAs • Follows ServiceNow best practices, including scripting, security, implementation • Experience with collaboration across functional borders enterprise-wise • Clear written and verbal communication skills • ITIL foundation certification • High school diploma or GED
