📋 Description

• Adhere to HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training • Manage tasks across multiple software implementation projects simultaneously • Own full lifecycle execution of the integrations workstream from requirements through go-live and stabilization • Monitor, track, and report integration progress, risks, delays, and dependencies • Maintain accountability for successful delivery of integrations within project timelines and scope • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical interface design specifications • Align integration timelines with project plans and milestones • Support clients with configuration, building, testing, and deployment of interfaces using HL7, APIs, XML, and flat file imports • Troubleshoot and resolve interface and data integrity issues • Manage integration risks involving data quality, dependencies, and interoperability • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards • Develop and maintain interface specifications, mapping documents, and other technical documentation • Facilitate integration-focused project meetings and track action items • Translate business requirements into technical solutions for technical teams and stakeholders • Perform data and business analysis and recommend improvements for data integrity and normalization • Track workstream metrics and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and HSTM executive leadership • Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams • Present at user conferences and webinars • Understand HSTM software functionality and support client business objectives • Follow documented implementation standard operating procedures • Travel to client sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • PMP certification preferred • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT interface development and support • 3–5 years of experience working on software implementations or technical projects • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and project management tools, including MS Project, Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong technical project management and organizational skills • Proficiency with HL7, APIs, XML, and flat file integrations • Experience with Corepoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf or similar integration engines • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting • Experience with Python or Perl scripting • Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, and data warehouse environments • Understanding of HIPAA regulations • Experience with risk management • Client-facing customer service skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Salesforce preferred • Effective negotiation skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to own and drive integration deliverables within complex implementation programs • Strong attention to detail in technical documentation and validation • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to risk management • Professional poise and comfort in leading discussions with clients • Ability to manage multiple client relationships • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Extensive phone and computer usage • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. • Primarily sedentary work in a remote office environment
