• Drive strategic product and technical initiatives across the Hearst News advertising technology ecosystem. • Collaborate with Director, Technical Ad Management to execute a strategic roadmap for advertising technology and programmatic products. • Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical product specifications and implementation plans. • Serve as a primary technical resource for programmatic integrations and advertising technology implementations. • Collaborate with engineering, ad operations, data, and vendor partners to troubleshoot platform issues and improve system performance. • Lead implementation of new advertising products and monetization solutions across Hearst News properties. • Build and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and industry partners.
• Strong technical acumen, product management discipline. • Experience in advertising technology and programmatic products. • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. • Experience with programmatic integrations and advertising technology implementations across web, mobile app, and Connected TV (CTV) environments. • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid, Amazon TAM, SSPs, DSPs, and OpenRTB integrations. • Understanding of industry standards and privacy regulations, including IAB frameworks, GDPR, CCPA. • Familiarity with technical tools such as Charles Proxy, Chrome DevTools, and GAM Query Builder.
