📋 Description

• Contacting patients by phone, email, and text to collect missing insurance information • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits using Waystar, Availity, insurance portals, and other payer resources • Confirming network participation, behavioral health coverage, and authorization requirements • Communicating directly with insurance carriers when additional information is needed • Documenting all insurance verification details accurately within patient records • Assisting commercial patients with adding payment methods and completing Financial Responsibility Forms before their first appointment • Delivering outstanding customer service while helping patients navigate insurance and billing questions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, healthcare operations, or a similar role • Experience working with insurance verification and patient billing processes • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 proficiency • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Experience with Waystar, Availity, eClinicalWorks, or NICE inContact is a plus • Accurate data entry and documentation skills
